You must give spirit by your self!
You can doing self talk to turn off your emotion.

By talking to yourself, you will feel more calmer. But after it, you must talk to yourself positively or give motivation to yourself. You can feel be better after that.

Keep moving or doing more activities  because when our bodies often moving, our brains will continue to work and forget the little problems that we experience.
You can wash your clothes while singing, or clean the house by listening to loud music.
And you should pray to get serenity.
