Avoid unhealthy foods

Consuming unhealthy foods will most likely worsen your constipation. Foods that can cause the problem of chronic constipation include eating fatty foods, consuming meat too much (especially beef and pork), having too much pasteurized cheese and other pasteurized dairy foods and consuming too high a proportion of starchy foods (especially potatoes, bread and corn). Many people may not realize this, but high-sugar foods can also contribute to constipation problem.

Manage your diet

Poor dietary habit also contributes to most cases of constipation. Consuming less healthy foods will make it really hard for your digestive system to function properly. Thus you need to manage your diet. Include to your menu those foods containing a lot of fiber and vitamins. Consuming fruits like banana, papaya, mango and tomato will help your digestive system work properly and reduce your constipation problem.

Drink more water

Lacking of water intake to our body will likely make tools hard and difficult to get through. This condition also make our body cells lack of enough water to cleanse and flush toxins which in return can cause toxin buildup throughout the body.

Do more exercise

If you just sit and stay still in your room most of the time, your chance of having constipation problem will likely increase.  So take a walk, move your body and get enough exercise so that your metabolism system runs well, yet your respiration active. This way your internal organs will work properly and your bowels will also become rigid, sluggish and dense.

Don’t hold back natural call

If you have a habit of not relieving natural call when you first feel the urge, your bowel ability to signal the desire may lessen. This will make you don’t realize the urge to defecate immediately which in turn will cause constipation problem as the stool hardened.
